Metal Pressions Overview
We were working against the clock. It was important to trap as much footage as we could to later edit into interview style videos. We drafted a script in such a way that it was conversational and natural. By asking questions and keeping the focus between me ( the director ) and the talent, the lights and cameras could fade away, easing some of the tension of being on camera. We had many obstacles to overcome: the heat and humidity, dust from an old building, thunderstorms that delayed shooting, which made for a very late night. In the end, we walked away with enough footage to cut into three videos that would highlight different aspects of the business.
